Terms & Conditions of Service
1. Definitions
“Business” means Revivx London
“Client” means the person or entity engaging the Business
“Works” means the services agreed in writing
“Property” means the address where works are carried out
2. Scope of Services
2.1 The Business provides cosmetic property refresh services, including painting, carpentry, minor repairs, replacements, and presentation improvements.
2.2 Services are non-structural in nature unless explicitly agreed.
2.3 The scope of works will be defined in the quotation or proposal.
3. Quotations
3.1 All quotations are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
3.2 Quotations are valid for 14 days from issue.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to revise quotations if:
• additional works are required
• site conditions differ
• client requests changes
4. Variations
4.1 Any variation to the agreed works must be approved by the Client.
4.2 Additional costs will be communicated and agreed before proceeding.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Standard payment structure:
• 40% deposit prior to scheduling/commencement
• 40% midway through project
• 20% upon completion
5.2 The Company reserves the right to adjust payment terms depending on project size.
5.3 Payments must be made upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
6. Delays & Access
6.1 The Client must provide:
• safe access to the property
• working utilities (water, electricity)
• clear working areas
6.2 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by:
• restricted access
• third parties
• unforeseen property conditions
7. Property Condition
7.1 Works are based on non-invasive inspection.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for:
• hidden defects
• structural issues
• underlying damage not visible at survey stage
8. Materials & Finishes
8.1 Materials will be selected based on suitability and availability.
8.2 Minor variations in:
• colour
• texture
• finishmay occur due to lighting and surface condition.
9. Completion
9.1 Completion is deemed when works outlined in the agreed scope are finished.
9.2 Minor touch-ups do not constitute incomplete work.
10. Liability
10.1 The Company will carry out works with reasonable care and skill.
10.2 Liability is limited to the value of the contract.
10.3 The Company is not liable for:
• indirect losses
• loss of income
• market-related outcomes
11. Cancellation
11.1 The Client may be subject to fees
11.2 Deposits may be retained to cover costs incurred.
12. Third-Party Contractors
12.1 Where required, third-party contractors may be used.
12.2 The Company is not responsible for third-party performance unless contracted directly.
13. Acceptance
By accepting a quotation, plan option, and/or placing a booking, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
