Cancellation Policy



All bookings are subject to our Stand-Down/Cancellation terms



We reserve service dates exclusively for each client. Once a booking is confirmed, that time is unavailable to other customers. If you need to cancel or change your booking, the following charges apply:  

• More than 7 days notice (no charge)
• 3-7 days notice (25% of daily rate)
• 48-72 hours notice  (50% of daily rate)
• Less than 48 hours notice or no Access (full daily rate)


For multi-day bookings, cancelled days are charged individually. We aim to be fair and reasonable and may allow (free) rescheduling Under Exceptional Circumstances, where sufficient notice is provided. These charges reflect time reserved, preparation work, and loss of opportunity to accept other bookings.
